All of the purchases made at Landher Montaña are subject to the conditions detailed below.
The Client promises to pay when the order is placed. All of the product prices already include the corresponding 21% VAT. The corresponding shipping costs will be automatically added to each order. These rates will be provided prior to completing the purchase.
The corresponding purchase invoice may be printed once the order has been placed. Additionally, a copy of it will be sent to the client´s address.
In order to place the order and process the corresponding payment, you will be redirected to the fully secure bank entity gateway hired by the Landher team. The bank account information is always sent directly to the bank (landher.net is not involved in this process) through secure gateways and servers.
Once the purchase is finalised with the bank entity, you will be returned to the Landher.net webpage.
The Client should notify the Landher team of any incorrect or fraudulent charges made to the credit card used for the purchase, either via email or telephone, as soon as possible so that the Landher team may take the necessary actions.
Paypal, an easy payment method using your email address, can be used to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. You can use Paypal Express to confirm your purchase without being registered at Landher.net.
Paypal is not available for all countries.
The shipment will be sent by a transport agency designated by Landher Montaña or by postal service mail, depending on the order quantity.
The Payment on delivery option is a surcharge on the total amount of purchase, always visible before confirming the payment order. Payment by credit card or bank transfer are not subject to charge.
The order amount will be paid to the person that delivers the order. With this payment method, checks or credit card payments to the courier are not accepted.
We are also unable to send shipments to post office boxes.
Payment on delivery is only available for Spain destinations, excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
With this payment method, you will be able to process your order payment through a bank transfer by depositing the total order amount into the account number that will be indicated upon completing your purchase..
This payment method is only available to users that reside in Spain and for shipping addresses in Spain.
It is very important that you indicate the order reference we will provide you upon completing your purchase in the SENDER or ORDERING PARTY field.
You have a period of 7 calendar days to process the transfer after placing your order. Once we have received the deposit confirmation from our bank, we will proceed to activate your order. It is normal for 24 to 48 hours to pass from the time that the transfer is made until we receive the notification, so you should take this aspect into consideration in calculating when you will receive your package.
All of the Landher Montaña products have the manufacturer´s warranty. Defects caused by incorrect use or handling of the materials are not included in this warranty. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a solution for any problems with our products, with the maximum information provided by the technical assistance of our suppliers. Include the CSD/DAC code in your email so that the message may be promptly forwarded to that department.
Activities related to adventure sports and working at height are potentially dangerous, and it is necessary to be familiar with the basic safety rules. The client is responsible for the use of the materials that Lander Montaña supplies. The client must obtain training regarding their use.
The CSD will respond to any queries you make. This department is made up of qualified people with the goal of assisting you.
The hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 9:15 am to 1:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. (Spain time).
In accordance with the existing legislation, (art. 44 of Law 7/1996, from January 15 of the Regulation of Retail Commerce modified by Law 47/2002, from December 19) you have a period of 7 working days, as of the order delivery date, to return a product if you are not satisfied with it. It is only necessary for you to return the product just as you received it, in other words, in perfect condition and with labels, instructions, original packaging, using the shipping company and service that you prefer.
The packaging and the service used should ensure that shipment will arrive in perfect condition.
Upon receiving the product and confirming that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to reimburse the amount to your account if the payment was made with a bank transfer, or we will request the account number from you if the payment was made upon delivery.
If it is exchanged for another product, the shipping costs for the new product will be the client´s responsibility.
Returns will not be accepted if they are freight forward, and no merchandise will be accepted if we have not been informed of it beforehand.

All of the expenses resulting from defective products or shipping errors caused by us will be fully covered by Landher Montaña.
Orders leave the agency Vitoria Seur at 18:00 h, so that those orders placed before this time will be delivered in 24-48 hours depending on the destination. Orders placed later than 18:00 hours the following day will send.
